CFA Spotlights Valerie Quinn!!!

Shining the light on this awesome lady! Val has come a long way, has come out of her comfort zone, and just keeps on going and going! Not only is she keeping up with triplet girls, she also teaches and still had time to train for her second comp! She has a BIG birthday coming up on May 23 so make sure when you see her in the gym you wish her a Happy Birthday! We love ya Val!
